From payment to working in about two minutes

  1. Buy a licence. Your licence key arrives by email from [email protected], usually within a minute.
  2. Add Vaznor to your server. You need Manage Server. It asks only for the permissions its commands use, never Administrator (see why each one).
  3. Activate it with ,activate and your key. Vaznor deletes your message so the key stays private.
  4. Set it up. Run ,setup for moderation logs and the jail, then ,help to see the rest. The docs walk through each module, or have it set up for you for €30.

Questions before you buy

Is there a free version?

No. Vaznor is paid software: €20 once per server. Instead of a trial, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.

What does the payment cover?

A licence for one server: every command and feature, every future update, and support. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.

What does “for as long as Vaznor runs” mean?

There's no end date. If Vaznor ever shuts down, you'll be told at least 60 days in advance, and anyone who bought a licence in the 12 months before the announcement gets a full refund.

Can I use one licence in several servers?

No, a licence is for one server. Each server you add Vaznor to needs its own. If you're moving to a new server, ask in support and your licence can be moved once.

What happens without a licence?

If Vaznor is added to a server without one, it only explains how to activate. It doesn't read, log or moderate anything there.

Can you set it up for me?

Yes. Setup is €30 per server, on top of the licence: you say what your server needs in a ticket, agree the plan, and Vaznor is configured for you. How setup works.

What if I need something custom?

Tell us what you need on the support page. You get a written quote with what's included, the price and the timeline before anything is charged. Hosting your own branded bot is billed monthly, because it runs as its own process.

Is VAT included?

Prices include any VAT that applies. Your receipt shows the breakdown.
