These terms apply when you add Vaznor to a server, use its commands or buy a licence. Vaznor is provided by the operator named in the legal notice.
Using Vaznor
Use Vaznor in line with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Don't use it to harass people, spam, or get around Discord's limits. Access can be removed from users or servers that abuse it.
Your licence
Vaznor is sold per server. A licence is a one-time purchase (€20, including any VAT) that lets one Discord server use everything listed on the pricing page. It has no end date: it lasts for as long as Vaznor is provided, and includes updates. It's activated with the key you receive by email after paying, using ,activate. Payments are handled by Polar Software, Inc., our reseller and merchant of record, which appears as the seller on your receipt. Without a licence, Vaznor only explains how to activate.
A licence belongs to the server it's activated in and can't be shared between servers. Features can be improved over time, but what you paid for won't be taken away while Vaznor runs.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy a licence.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. The details, including what happens if Vaznor is ever discontinued, are in the refund policy.
Setup service
The setup service (€30, including any VAT) configures Vaznor in one server that has a licence, as agreed in a support ticket before you pay. You give our account a temporary role to do the work and can remove it at any time; you're never asked for Administrator, a password or a bot token. Cancelling and refunds are covered in the refund policy.
Custom work
Branded bots, custom features and setups across several servers are agreed in a written quote that says what's included, the price, the timeline and any hosting fee. The quote and these terms together form the agreement.
Availability
Vaznor is built and run carefully, but it depends on Discord and on hosting, so it can't promise to be online every minute. Problems are fixed as quickly as possible, and your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to a service that works as described, always apply.
Responsibility
Moderators remain responsible for the actions they take with Vaznor. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes
These terms can change. Important changes are announced in the support server, and changes never take away a licence you've already bought. Questions? Email [email protected].
